The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild va fi prezent la The Game Awards 2016, au anunțat Nintendo și moderatorul show-ului, Geoff Keighley.
Jocul va fi lansat pe Wii U și Switch în 2017, probabil odată cu Switch-ul, în martie.
The Game Awards 2016 are loc pe 1 decembrie la Microsoft Theater din Los Angeles.
