În cadrul PAX West 2017 au fost publicate 20 de minute de gameplay din Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition:

Jocul pentru device-urile mobile va spune, în decursul a 10 episoade, povestea din Final Fantasy XV utilizând un stil grafic chibi și un control reconfigurat pentru display-uri touch. Primul episod va fi gratuit și va fi lansat în această toamnă.
